Senior Recruiter
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on talent needs.
Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution oriented results.
Understand key metrics designed to predict staffing needs and build effective strategies to meet goals.
Leverage succession plans and internal talent tools to increase internal hires.
Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines and launch required assessments for candidates and leverage results for screening selection.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.

ADDITIONALINFORMATION:
Job Site: Charlotte, NC
40 hours/week
Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree orforeign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relatedfield, and five (5) years of Recruiting experience. Full term of experiencemust include: agency/ corporate recruiting experience within a multinationalenvironment; cold calling; recruiting from and hiring for fortune 100candidates; recruiting high level managerial talent; and ATS and CRM expertlevel usage. Telecommuting permitted. Employer will accept pre-Bachelor’sexperience.
