  • Preparation and implementation of national training for Partners located in Poland, Baltic Countries and Ukraine
  • Preparation and implementation of online training, also internationally
  • Creation of training material for presentations and training, training programs and schedules
  • Creation of e-learning content, e.g. with Articulate
  • Working with subject matter experts, or third parties, develop training curricula and content based upon input from and, the needs of the business
  • Assess the current training curriculum and update as required, special training at the customer's request, technical sales support

Keyrequirements:

  • +5 years of experience as Product Trainer or on similar position
  • Technical knowledge of Honeywell fire alarm technology (ESSER, NOTIFIER others) would be an advantage
  • Normative expertise infire alarm systems – very welcome,(e.g. EN 54, polish legislative, knowledge in the field of voice alarms – nice to have)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and very good MS Office knowledge
  • Languages: good knowledge of English and Polish, Ukrainian language would be an advantage
  • Experience in national and international business environment, Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally in Europe

Description:

Honeywell is looking for a
Sr Account Manager

As part of your role, you would specialize in key built environment systems, including but not limited to; Airfield Ground Lighting, Visual Docking Guidance System, Turnaround Management, BMS, Fire, Security, Access with a strong bias on leading Integrated, Sustainability, SaaS and IoT propositions.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the sales target and drive growth successfully year after year through Key Growth Levers, Break Through Initiatives, both within new & existing accounts.
  • Own Key Account Management & Territory account management & lead and be part of the dedicated sales pursuit teams on targeted accounts, integrating with the Account Managers, Service Operations, other internal functions
  • Primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business, relationships, and management of these relationships, in pursuit of business growth & understanding customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and articulating the value proposition accordingly.
  • All sales related activity management through the accurate, timely account planning and early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers’ needs and tailoring solutions to match.
  • Growth in the form of new opportunities within existing and new accounts - Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization

Key skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (desirable but not essential)
  • Extensive Sales experience, preferably in Solution Sales, in the Airport and/or Building Automation technologies experience
  • Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
  • In-depth industry and market knowledge
  • Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization
