• Guide the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives and product launches
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance-driven landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize demand generation campaigns
• Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance, ROI, and attribution
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the demand generation team, driving continuous improvement and professional development
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics tools
• Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights and make data-backed choices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
