Voor onze serviceafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar Field Service Technician voor diverse regio's. De technicus houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen en inbedrijfstellingen van de brandmeld- en ontruimingsinstallaties en bij diverse klanten zoals ziekenhuizen, zorginstellingen, hotels en industrie. Maar ook het begeleiden van inspecties aan de brandmeldcentrales en geluidsontruiming behoren tot de taken.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor
- Het verlenen van service aan brandmeld- en ontruimingsinstallaties van de fabricaten Esser, Variodyn en Honeywell binnen jouw eigen regio.
- Verricht zijn werkzaamheden in de buitendienst, hetgeen o.m. eisen stelt aan houding en gedrag, alsmede representativiteit.
- Draait buiten kantooruren mee in een rooster van beschikbaarheidsdiensten.
- Stelt systemen in bedrijf conform projectspecificatie.
- Draagt de zorg voor het technisch beheer van de systemen in zijn servicearea.
- Kenmerkende elementen daarbij zijn:
- het oplossen van service calls
- preventief en correctief onderhoud
- inbedrijfstellen
- de rapportage van verrichte werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen
- de rapportage van geconstateerde afwijkingen t.o.v. de bij het systeem aangetroffen documentatie en/ of opdracht
- het geven van instructie omtrent het gebruik van het systeem.
- Het doen van aanbevelingen voor wijzigingen c.q. vervanging van onderdelen van het system of het gehele system.
Je bezit de volgende kwaliteiten en vaardigheden
· - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Nederlandse en Engelse taal vaardig in woord en geschrift
· - Klantgericht en Service gericht
· - Proactieve houding
· - Flexibele instelling
· - Heeft de juiste ‘drive’ om (product- en norm) kennis up to date te houden.
Wij vragen
- Kennis (op MBO-4 niveau) van elektronica.
- Kennis van toepassing zijnde NEN-normen (NCP).
- Kennis van de systeemwerking zowel hardware, software en netwerken.
- Kennis van het juiste gebruik van de toe te passen apparatuur en gereedschappen, alsmede de meet-, test- en regelapparatuur.
- In bezit van het diploma VCA-basis.
- Is in bezit van het diploma Onderhoudsdeskundige Brandmeldinstallaties en het diploma Projecteringsdeskundige BMI.
- In bezit van rijbewijs B.

Our Offer
We are looking for an insistent person who on the one hand wants to be technically active and on the other hand maintains the overview to be able to monitor the own required progress.
