The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for the customers of Honeywell in Italy, working as a strategic advisor with sales and marketing teams to develop new business and establish long-term relationships with customers.
This role will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the development of customer strategy, setting realistic and measurable objectives, and achieving objectives. Senior Account Manager’s will be involved in all aspects of the negotiations; they will need to understand the customer’s needs, and match their capabilities with the customer’s requirements.
This person should have a track record of successful sales within the Italian Tech Industry, with an ability to build strong relationships with customers. They should be skilled in understanding customer needs, as well as products and solutions that can help the customer achieve their goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential; as well as the ability to analyse, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate for this job will have experience in the field of technology, sales, and account management. They must be capable of providing the technical guidance, business acumen, leadership, and customer service necessary for success.
