As the Senior Field Service Technician at Honeywell you are responsible for using your technical and customer service skills for the installation, commissioning, and service/ repair of their sophisticated technology products. You will be their front line support, travelling to customer sites to respond to service calls, diagnose problems and establish effective customer relationships. As a Senior Technician, you will have a global support network to draw upon if required.
The Senior Field Service Technician will need to identify trouble spots quickly, use their technical knowledge to develop possible solutions, and deploy a focused effort to reduce customer downtime. You will also have the opportunity to develop and practice your troubleshooting skills.
