Key Responsibilities:
- · Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
- · Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
- · Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
- · Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- · Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
- · Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
- · Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
- · Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant
- · Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces
- · Estimates materials costs and quantities

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- · 3-4 years’ proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
- · NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential
- · DDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systems
- · Electrical experience: - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
- · Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications
- · Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures
- · Commissioning experience – knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant
