  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management within Google and operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly-evolving team environment.
  • Ability to build, motivate and mentor teams, with effective operations and people management skills.

  • Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
  • Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) techniques such as prompt development, dual encoders, and embedding vectors.
  • Experience in running AI/ML training workloads or inference workloads on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) or Tensor Processing Unit (TPU).
  • Experience building prototypes or applications.
  • Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.
  • Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
