RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead all aspects of Managed Services engagements for Gong customers.
  • Manage multiple customer programs to a defined scope, schedule, and budget
  • Forecast work and deploy program resources according to delivery plans
  • Ensure program deliverables are completed to the highest quality standards
  • Balance competing priorities effectively across multiple customers and projects.
  • Conduct & coordinate meetings onsite and remotely according to the Gong Professional Services methodology standards.
  • Execute ongoing program planning, discovery, and design workshops to map customer use cases to Gong platform workflows.
  • Provide regular communications (verbal and written) to executive leadership, project teams, and customers.
  • Identify, document, and lead mitigation efforts for program risks - disseminating clear and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Challenge, advise, and redirect teams as well as client expectations when needed for successful program delivery
  • Gather ongoing requirements and issue change orders as appropriate.
  • Facilitate identification, internal communication, and remediation of product issues.
  • Ideate and develop new program deliverables that help improve existing team process
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives that accelerate organizational and team growth within Professional Services
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6-8 years of Project Management experience (time, cost, scope, risk management); PMP certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional consulting experience, preferably in Enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to influence change within customer organizations.
  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface at a senior level with ease.
  • Experience with SaaS applications that support Enterprise business processes.
  • Strong CRM experience or knowledge (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred).
  • Ability to optimally coordinate and work across functional & technical teams – both internally and with partners, both in-person and virtually.
  • Understand business and organizational complexity at large strategic firms
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional teams, including: Sales, Customer Success, Product, Enablement, and Engineering.
  • Desire to embrace change and hypergrowth in your role, your team, your organization’s strategy, and the products you support
  • Willingness to travel.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ months of relevant closing experience in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience preferably having sold to Financial Services, Healthcare, Consulting, Manufacturing or Energy organizations
  • You are located in Salt Lake City and willing to come into the office 3 days a week
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of consistently closing deals at $20-$100K+
  • Previous outbound prospecting experience into greenfield territory
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work alongside Sales and Customer Success as the ultimate product expert and account team technical advisor.
  • Thoroughly understand all aspects of the Gong platform in order to explain and demo the technology to all types of users.
  • Be the trusted advisor to both prospects and customers to ensure they get the correct business outcome and value from our Gong technology, including business value quantification.
  • Assist prospects and customers with business assessments (POCs, Pilots).
  • Craft content to show customers how to leverage Gong for specific use cases.
  • Execute the build and delivery of outcome-based demos and solution architecture diagrams for customers that have highly complex use cases.
  • Solution complex business and technical requirements and explain them in simple terms.
  • Assist with RFPs and questionnaires in the context of sales cycles.
  • Help eliminate bottlenecks by working cross-functionally (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product Management, Engineering) in order to get deals across the line.
  • Partner with and support Marketing on demand gen activities (webinars, conferences, events).
  • Contribute reusable assets to the Sales Engineering team and the company at-large.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Customer facing experience in a sales engineering role (pre-sales) or a combination of sales engineering and other relevant work experience (ie: Sales Enablement, Operations).
  • Experience selling into any of the following industry verticals is a plus: Financial Services (Banking / Insurance / Wealth), Healthcare (including Life Sciences), or Manufacturing organizations.
  • Experience with sales technology: CRMs, cloud architecture, or telephony / web conference systems.
  • Experience with data flows, AI & ML concepts, analytics, APIs, webhooks, or JSON is a plus.
  • Understanding of security and privacy pertaining to SaaS systems.
  • Understanding of key sales personas and workflows (including forecasting and prospecting) within a GTM organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop tailored account plans for your assigned accounts that align with Gong's overall strategy, identifying key decision-makers, regional nuances, buying processes, current investments, and new revenue opportunities
  • Effectively communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions
  • Continuously refine and optimise messaging to scale our outbound prospecting efforts driving the majority of new opportunities through self-sourced activities
  • Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry and validate Gong as the leader in this new market
  • Partner with the SDR, Sales and Sales Engineering teams to develop account-based sales strategies to uncover value for all go-to-market department leaders
QUALIFICATIONS
    Fluency in German
  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience preferably selling a complex SaaS solution to Enterprise clients requiring a multi-threaded approach; at least 5+ years of sales experience selling at the enterprise level into a greenfield territory
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six figure deals in complex sales cycles (9+ months)
  • Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite, CROs, and other key go-to-market stakeholders within enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for and demonstrated success of securing new logos across new categories
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling methodology to address complex customer needs in enterprise sales
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way
  • Experience with Gong.io preferred but not required
