Who we're looking for
We're looking for a versatile and high-output marketer who loves to roll up their sleeves to problem solve. You'll be driven by the thrill of doing extraordinary work and get job satisfaction from seeing the results of your efforts. Given this is a maternity cover position, we need someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one. Your background might look something like:
What you'll Gett
- (1 hour video call) - Here you will meet Ben Bailey (VP of Marketing)! He will deep dive into your experience in relation to the role. Asking questions around your marketing experience 😊 You will also have time to ask questions to Ben, so have them prepared! 📝
(1hr video call) - We will send over a time-boxed exercise (no more than 1 hour prep) which will be presented to Ben Bailey and another member of the marketing team. Presenting will be the first 20 mins and the rest of the interview will be Q+A around your presentation. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
(1hr video call) - Here you will meet wider members of the marketing team. They will be asking competency and behavioural style questions.
