On a typical day you might work with your marketing colleagues on projects as diverse as:

  • Planning and executing a multichannel campaign to launch a new product feature
  • Doing the logistics for an in-person brand activation project
  • Organising an influencer marketing project to grow our brand footprint on digital

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a versatile and high-output marketer who loves to roll up their sleeves to problem solve. You'll be driven by the thrill of doing extraordinary work and get job satisfaction from seeing the results of your efforts. Given this is a maternity cover position, we need someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one. Your background might look something like:

  • 4+ years working in a similar generalist role with a proven track record of successful growth
  • Strong budget management experience with demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Excellent project organisation skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Broad channel understanding (digital and offline) with a strong nose for effective channel strategies
  • An excellent writer with a high bar for quality creative and campaign execution
  • You are a high agency self-starter who seeks out problems to solve and gets them done

What you’ll Gett up to

You will find ways to engage users across email, SMS, in-app notifications and more to encourage them to take their first ride and keep them riding with Gett through loyalty, retention and reactivation programs.

On a typical day you might:

  • Build a new automated customer journey flow to encourage dormant users to ride with us again
  • Deep dive with the analytics team to identify gaps in performance
  • Prepare a monthly campaign performance report for the management team
  • Implement an A/B test in the CRM (we use Braze) to improve campaign performance

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a skilled technical marketer who has a strong command of how comms can drive incremental growth. Your background and skills might look something like:

  • Deep understanding of CRM - Experience building a variety of multi-channel communications; from lifecycle stages through to behavioural-based triggers.
  • Data-led and analytical - You’ll be confident working with data to analyse campaigns and inform decisions on how to improve performance, with the ability to translate complexity for your audience
  • Strategic, customer-first thinker - You have a strong grasp of how and when comms work for customers for optimal results and can brief creative teams with clear instruction
  • High-agency person - You don’t wait to be told what to do, but seek out opportunities to improve process and performance, even if it’s not in your remit

Big plus if:

  • You’ve worked with Braze and SFMC
  • You are comfortable writing or editing copy where necessary

Job Description

This hands-on role is focused on strengthening the driver community through regular workshops, targeted communications, strategic partnerships, and consistent support. You’ll be a key voice for drivers within the business and play a vital role in improving retention, satisfaction, and productivity, as measured through internal key metrics.

On a typical day you'll work on:

  • Organise and lead regular driver workshops in London and key UK regions to gather feedback, understand challenges, and drive engagement.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing contact with drivers through face-to-face check-ins, group sessions, video calls, and surveys.
  • Manage existing driver benefit partnerships (e.g. fuel, servicing, insurance) and source new opportunities that align with driver needs and company goals.
  • Work closely with the Supply, Marketplace, and Marketing teams to align engagement strategies with business goals and ensure consistent communication with drivers.
  • Advise on driver-focused promotions or initiatives designed to increase Getting Hours and improve the driver experience.
  • Assist in the delivery and quality control of driver training and onboarding materials.
  • Track and report regularly on engagement KPIs, including Getting Hours, driver retention, satisfaction scores, and NPS.

About you:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in community engagement, field support, or stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with black cab drivers or within the licensed taxi industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Confidently facilitating group sessions, workshops, or training.
  • Comfortable working with feedback tools and engagement platforms (e.g. Slack, SurveyMonkey, Zoom, Braze).
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and outcome-driven.
  • Experience handling complaints or user escalations in a calm, solutions-focused way.

  • 3+ years in CRM - You can demonstrate tangible business results from owning the customer lifecycle journey across multi-channel campaigns
  • Analytical and data-led decision maker - Comfortable with testing, you use data to analyse campaigns and inform decisions on how to improve performance
  • Customer-centric thinking - You utilise your experience drawn from customer insights and psychology to inform what customers are comfortable receiving and when
  • Reporting - You can build reports that deliver critical insights and are confident presenting your learnings to management
  • Positive and proactive team player - You seek out opportunities to improve process and performance without being asked, even if it’s not in your remit
  • Taking ownership - You have a strong locus of control, excited to take full ownership of digital channels and build customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty from the foundations up
