Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end project management for Imaging Digital Solution (IDS) implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Coordinate deployment of IDS including DoseWatch, Dose Analytics, and Imaging 360.

• Stakeholder Engagement

Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Customer Success & Growth

Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.

• Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.

• Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Compliance & Quality

Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations in the region, cybersecurity standards, and internal quality processes.

• Continuous Improvement

Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Radiologic Technologist, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare imaging or digital health.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales support in a healthcare or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of imaging modalities (CT, MR, X-ray), PACS/RIS, HL7/DICOM standards, and cloud-based solutions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Arabic and English Speaking & Writing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash collection process with customers, follow up with the customers to ensure timely cash collection (collection through LCs, bank transfers, checks).
• Provide visibility and estimates of cash to be collected monthly / quarterly from due and not due invoices for effective cashflow management.
• Provide visibility and estimates of Past dues. Review monthly risks and opportunities. Work with teams where applicable to manage and escalate disputes.
• Prepare quarterly BDR for the LCT (EQ and CS). Actively work with teams to reduce and mitigate the BDR tickets.
• Manage cash application process. Work with central team to provide timely input for cash application and minimize unapplied cash.
• Manage the quarterly customer balance reconciliation/confirmation process with the customers.
• Manage invoices delivery process for KSA and ensure timely submission of invoices.
• Actively monitor and track customer limits and flag potential credit limit breach. Work with the customers to arrange securities (LC, PDC, PNs, BGs etc.).
• Manage and develop the teams of cash collectors. Work with cross functional teams to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact receivables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of experience in cash and credit management function.

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in healthcare or digital transformation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with external partners.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working with government entities or public sector clients is a strong advantage.

• Prepare STAT CIT calculation for statutory financial audit purpose.
• Prepare tax accounting relevant work including CIT/WHT/SST reconciliation, CIT return to provision etc.
• Prepare payment settlement of open tax liability if necessary (e.g., ECI, SST, CIT etc.)
• Prepare cash forecast for CIT/SST and WHT when required
• Closely monitor tax relevant ruling updates
• Liaise with local tax authority on daily tax issue (e.g., WHT receipt collection etc.)
• Assist with all indirect tax operational matters
• Support Tax audit, tax project and other ad hoc as required

Required Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MICPA is preferred

• More than 3 years of work experience in CIT, VAT, WHT in large multinational firms, accounting, or consulting firms.
