Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality guidelines.
• Participate in investigations of quality-related incidents, deviations, and non-conformities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from investigations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Support compliance activities by reviewing and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines, and quality standards (e.g. cGMP).
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing efficiency enhancements, quality control optimization, and best practices.

• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Assist in product batch release activities.
• Participate in annual GMP Record reviews.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Identify and ensure timely closure of quality investigations for the site.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing (or recent graduate of) a college certification or degree in Quality Assurance, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related field
• Must be willing to go in office in Mississauga, ON
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines (e.g., cGMP)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

As a key member of our Proposal Team, you’ll act as a project manager and strategic partner, collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality, customer-focused proposals. Your responsibilities will include:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of the USCAN business leadership team. Partner with business leaders and staff to define finance strategy, drive operating performance & act as a champion on all finance activities.

• Lead and direct, coach and develop a team of Finance Managers and Analysts active in/for the business/region.

• Ownership for developing estimates, operatingplans/forecasts/reviews,Long Term Strategy (3-year plan), Budget (1-year plan).

• Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.

• Overall responsibility for all internal finance processes, commercial deal architecture, provide operational rigor on cash management, lead opportunities on price and price change

• Manage reporting and statutory requirements - internal to business and externally.

• Lead Pension-related finance activities to ensure appropriate funding status and adherence to local requirements and regulations

• Support tax audits in your capacity as the most senior finance resource in Canada.

• Finance liaison for all Business Development & Acquisition, Integration and Divesting activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 8+ years of experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.

• Manage escalations for non-response to HTS questions and data requirements
• Cycle time & pre-entry escalation reduction projects
• Gather customs data into the applicable business tools
• Perform Broker Post Entry Reviews & publish results, file post entry amendments if applicable and execute improvements
• Provide Export Operations support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and 3 years of experience in customsprocesses and/or logistics

• Work within a hospital environment to evaluate and troubleshoot patient care equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs.

• Complete Preventative Maintenance on designated equipment.

• Perform safety and environmental inspections ensuring compliance to Health and Human Services and Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.

• Complete necessary service and repair documentation following hospital protocol and GE HealthCare policies & procedures.

• Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

• Learn and ensure proper care of tools and test equipment and ensure calibration. Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment.

• Mentor with and assist more experienced technicians on progressive repairs and resolution, and will work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within theirassigned area.
