What You’ll DoAs a key member of our Proposal Team, you’ll act as a project manager and strategic partner, collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality, customer-focused proposals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Opportunity Identification: Monitor and identify RFPs/RFIs aligned with GE HealthCare’s diverse portfolio of products and services.
- Strategic Analysis: Break down complex solicitation documents to assess requirements and build submission matrices that guide successful responses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams and subject matter experts to develop persuasive proposals that highlight our value proposition.
- Knowledge Building: Gain deep insights into our product lines, customer segments, and internal processes to enhance proposal quality.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges using established procedures and escalate when needed, always with a collaborative mindset.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a liaison between GE HealthCare and our clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and mutual understanding.
Required- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate contributors, and meet deadlines
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Residence in Ontario with the ability to work in a hybrid model, commuting to our Mississauga office two days per week
Nice to Have- APMP certification (or working toward it)
- Previous experience in proposal development, especially in healthcare
- Familiarity with public sector procurement processes (e.g., government RFPs)
- Experience using proposal management tools
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization
- Ability to analyze win/loss data and contribute to continuous improvement of proposal strategies
- Graphic design or layout skills for proposal formatting (e.g., Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint design)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance proposal development, content generation, or project coordination
