The Named Accounts Manager FSI for Fortinet in Singapore plays an important role in the tech industry. The primary responsibility of the Named Accounts Manager FSI is to strategically develop, build, and execute plans to increase Fortinet's brand awareness and market share in the Singapore market. The Named Accounts Manager must be well versed in the use of customer relationship management, CRM software, and related sales and marketing tools to build and maintain relationships with key customers. They must possess the ability to think strategically, cultivate close relationships, and be able to make informed decisions regarding customer retention, upselling, and acquisition. The Named Accounts Manager must have a strong understanding of the information tech industry and be knowledgeable of the challenges and trends associated with the business verticals. They must have extensive experience in leading engagements with C-Level executives to continue to develop and expand relationships. They must be experienced in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure effective targeting of resources. In addition, the Named Accounts Manager FSI must also have the ability to collaborate, facilitate, network, and effectively manage resources across multiple organization teams. They must possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. The Named Accounts Manager FSI must be capable of using financial models to understand the cost-benefit aspect of business decisions and must be highly analytical. They must have the capability to develop client relationships beyond the transactional to a consultative one for superior customer service. We require a leader who can cultivate relationships and provide a consultative approach to delivering exceptional services to our customers.
