Strategy and Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in partnering with both Global and Indian leadership across all levels to drive strategic initiatives and maximize value through data-driven decision-making. The responsibilities include defining the IT Organization strategy/roadmap in alignment with Global organizational objectives, defining plans for organization-wide initiatives/charters to deliver operational transformation/efficiencies, organizational design, and defining operating model/KPIs.

• Develop solutions using Documentum technologies (OpenText Documentum Products: Content Server, Webtop, DFC, D2.)
• Work on production support requests & incidents and manage them until closure per SLA requirements.
• Work with infrastructure team on project dependencies and highlight any support required to management to ensure on time delivery.
• Collaborate with others (e.g. System Designer/Analysts, Architects) to establish the architecture, maintain the security and controls framework needed for the project.
• Participate actively in meetings with Business and other IT stakeholders.
• Work with Anchor to develop solutions for features as required.
