- Develop solutions using Documentum technologies (OpenText Documentum Products: Content Server, Webtop, DFC, D2.)
- Work on production support requests & incidents and manage them until closure per SLA requirements.
- Work with infrastructure team on project dependencies and highlight any support required to management to ensure on time delivery.
- Collaborate with others (e.g. System Designer/Analysts, Architects) to establish the architecture, maintain the security and controls framework needed for the project.
- Participate actively in meetings with Business and other IT stakeholders.
- Work with Anchor to develop solutions for features as required.
- Adhere to relevant Ford IT processes. Follows Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.
- Contribute to continuous improvements, identify and eliminate waste.
