Description:What You'll Do- Own, implement, and manage Fireblocks’ people systems, processes, web portals and analytics.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records across all people systems, serving as the central source of information for the People team.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Administer the background check process end-to-end, including proactive follow-ups with employees to ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
- Act as the AI champion within the team by researching and recommending tools that enhance the efficiency and productivity of the team.
- Collaborate regularly with employees, managers, and other members of the People team to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Generate purchase orders and invoices related to Total Rewards and People Operations.
- Develop expertise in Total Rewards functions and assist with related tasks as needed.
- Spearhead and lead cross functional People team initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative support to the People team as requested.
- Serve as a back-up to the Total Rewards Associate when necessary.
What You'll Bring- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, HR, or people-facing roles.
- Must have had at least 1 year of admin level experience on HiBob.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills in both English and Hebrew.
- High proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, MS Excel, and JIRA.
- A strong willingness to learn, with a drive to improve and enhance the Total Rewards and People Operations function.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- A proactive, self-driven approach, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively track and manage progress on various tasks.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Lattice, Pave, and Greenhouse is a plus.
