Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
  • Develop relationships and leverage channel. Including account planning and lead generation with channel partners; building relationships and developing opportunities with channel partners by effectively communicating and demonstrating F5 solutions. This also involves training channel partners on the F5 story and technical solutions and developing a territory plan focused on channel leverage
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner. Including: developing technical presentations and workshops
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that effect target markets
  • Understand organization’s business needs, develop application of products and services and effectively communicate F5’s technical value added solutions to meet those needs. Including: researching and developing lists of potential customers; identifying and qualifying business opportunities, making regular sales calls to develop relationships and following-up on sales leads
  • Prepare formal proposals and present to all levels of the organization including executive level
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision making process, overcome obstacles to closure and close sales in a professional and effective manner
  • Assume a leadership role in coordinating territory strategy and tactics for sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, channel manager)
  • Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process and ensure SalesForce is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis
  • Create and update annual account plans, determine market strategies and goals for each product and service
  • Responsible for territory planning through research, development and maintenance of long and short range sales and marketing plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles for large accounts in territory, to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basis
  • Provide regular updates to manager concerning account issues, financial status, etc.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Advanced solution selling and presentation abilities
  • Expert client interfacing and customer-focused approach
  • Expert Influencing skills
  • Proven selling skills in a complex matrix environment
  • Proven effective use of internal relationships and resources

  • Ability to provide and work from a home office located within the territory

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of direct work experience in a relevant environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Should have experience in handling Enterprise Accounts (Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan) .
  • Requires specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of F5.
  • Experience with Internet related software or systems.

You will get exposure to our global customers; as such, reading, writing, and speaking English fluently is required, especially the ability to articulate technical concepts and terminology to different audiences with varying knowledge levels.

As a member of our global Consulting team, you will have access to industry-leading training facilities, hands-on labs and an interface into a wealth of information through our Domain Specialist groups. Responsibilities

  • Deliver labor associated with custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
  • Provide technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
  • Effectively lead and deliver technical workshops
  • Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
  • Demonstrate ability to become trusted advisor within customer environment.
  • Demonstrate control of engagement and develop customer confidence in F5’s ability to resolve critical issues in a timely and effective manner

Technical Knowledge

Mandatory:

  • Experience working with Linux, Unix and Windows, Cloud enviroments
  • Experience with network protocols and theory (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, MAC addresses, IP packets, DNS, and load balancing, etc.)
  • Good understanding of HTTP protocol and related technologies
  • Experience with network, security solutions, and technologies leading security solutions

Additional skill which would be a plus:

  • Working knowledge in F5 products and technologies
  • Experience with public clouds: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with virtualized and containerized environments: Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins
  • Experience with Scripting or development skills: Python, Ruby, Shell, etc…

Language & Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently as well as prevalent local language.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, and technical documentation skills.
  • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the role independently.
  • Demonstrable experience to work as part of a team of engineers and to deliver one or several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on architecture and design of Application Delivery and Security solutions.
  • Experience in customer-facing positions as a technical engineer.
  • Certifications for one or more F5 products is a plus.
