Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Managed Services Center Senior Analyst (Senior)

As an IRM professional you will belong to a globally connected team of specialists delivering services from our Dallas Service Center.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of our IRM service center, you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer Technologies and Service Now.

• Responsible for managing IRM service center delivery around GRC offerings
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for our clients

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 2+ years of relative development experience as a System Administrator
• Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist or Archer Certified Administrator – Expert (formerly Archer Certified Professional)
• Experience with data feeds, APIs, and other integrations

Provide clients with solutions to complex business problems through in-depth analysis, understanding its objectives, define the relevant requirements, and identify design elements to support the application functions. Manage project activities, and their associated resources, to deliver sound business solutions to technical matters in order to increase productivity and profitability. Translate business requirements into functional requirements for multiple projects supporting products used by Auditors to provide Assurance services such as EY’s internal Data Analytics tool and non-functional requirements to ensure that solutions delivered conforms to contracts for various quality parameters including performance, scalability, reliability, security, usability and maintainability. Apply business analysis knowledge to advise and assist on design of optimal workflows and solution for EY’s proprietary Data Analytics tool called the Helix Platform for all phases of business analysis including planning, elaboration, analysis, and validation. Analyze financial information and advise clients on issues facing the financial services sector, focusing on structured finance.
