Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Tax. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a related field and 3 years of work experience in Tax.Must have 3 years of experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning.Must have 2 years of experience supervising teams consisting of one or more staff members.Must have 1 year of experience supervising the planning and execution of projects, including managing budgets.Must have active CPA certification or sufficient coursework/experience requirements (as determined by state Board of Accountancy) to obtain CPA certification within one year of hire; OR be a member of a US State Bar.Requires domestic travel up to 20% in order to serve client needs.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
