As a senior manager you'll continuously enhance your proficiencies in the design, promotion and delivery of major technology tools, including application development, data acquisition and transformation, and data analytics and visualization/reporting. You'll work side-by-side with tax-technical subject matter professionals (SMPs) to develop and deploy data and technology solutions that will enable our tax-technical SMPs to efficiently and effectively deliver quality tax consulting, with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
Your key responsibilities
We'll look to you to challenge the effectiveness of the tax technology strategy and approach for all engagements while developing strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and key stakeholders. You'll identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of indirect tax services and actively participate as member of pursuit teams and service delivery teams supporting various client projects including working with executive-level stakeholders, developing transformative solutions, and fostering deep client relationships. You will contribute toward developing a technically diverse and talented team, all while handing activities that focus on quality and commercial value.

Develop and lead audit advisory services for clients. Plan audit procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAS, including PCAOB rules and regulations, for private and public company financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience.Must have 5 years of experience in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building while serving clients in one or a combination of the following industries:
• Asset management industry, including mutual fund complexes, hedge funds, private equity funds, and/or other investment vehicles.
• Insurance industry and/or public company clients.

Must have 5 years of experience in a combination involving all of the following:
• Supervising the planning, execution, reporting on audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAS and U.S. GAAP, and/or foreign equivalent (International Accounting Standards (IAS));
• Supervising audit teams consisting of two or more staff members; and
• Recent audit experience working with a public company that is registered with PCAOB.
Must have 5 years of experience in using audit documentation software.Must have 4 years of managerial experience training project teams in a professional services environment.Must have 2 years of experience identifying new business opportunities at existing or potentially new clients.Must have one of the following:
- active US CPA certificate; or
