Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Director to lead our Nordic Procure-to-Pay (PtP) team within Finance Processes and Technology Enablement. You’ll drive strategic initiatives to transform clients’ financial operations through technology and AI, while also influencing improvements across other processing areas.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) engagements, including design, analysis, transformation, and optimization of technical and functional processes. Experience in other end-to-end processes is a plus.
  • Provide procurement and accounting expertise across processes, technology, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute the P2P offering across the Nordics in collaboration with internal teams and external technology partners.
  • Participate in global knowledge-sharing and learning to strengthen internal capabilities.
  • Build strong client relationships, understand challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Motivate and manage high-performing teams, fostering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and provide strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–12 years in finance, consulting, or technology enablement with a strong record of leading complex projects. Expertise in source-to-pay or procure-to-pay projects and technology enablement.
  • Business Development: Knowledge of account management, business development, and the consulting sales cycle.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple engagements, stakeholders, budgets, and risks while exceeding client expectations.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams, mentor juniors, and manage multiple engagements successfully.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively to all stakeholders.

Meritorious

  • Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven finance transformation.

Cybersecurity Risk Consultant

As a Senior Consultant within our Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance & Resilience (CRCR) competency, you will help EY Clients evaluate the effectiveness and maturity of their cybersecurity and resiliency programs in alignment with regulatory expectations, strategic priorities, and operational demands. In addition to governance, compliance, and control evaluations, you will lead the implementation of risk management strategies and threat modelling activities, ensuring that the organization maintains acceptable risk levels while enabling digital transformation. You will support the delivery of IT Security Plans and contribute to complex risk analysis and mitigation initiatives across hybrid IT environments.

Skills and attributes for success

Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, with proven expertise in executing complex risk assessments, threat modelling, and strategic mitigation planning including, but not limited to below areas:

  • Assuring the conformity to regulations, norms and standards such as ISO27001, NIST or any other ISMS governance systems;
  • Implementation of the risk treatment plans;
  • Running business continuity program assessments;
  • Practical knowledge with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk trends, control frameworks, and legal/regulatory drivers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, including guiding junior risk analysts and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to evaluate emerging cybersecurity risks and recommend effective control solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Excellent command of the English language, other European language would be an asset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, ability to work effectively as a team member or as individual contributor, observant with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to critically develop and review information Security SOPs to tackle/identify controls gaps and weaknesses.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and strong project management skills.
  • Effectively communicate complex cybersecurity risks and technical information to management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic guidance.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • One or more certificate from the following: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGRC, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005 Risk Manager, or any other recognized and equivalent certification in risk management, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience working with IT Security and Risk Management (ITSRM) programs or functions.
  • Knowledge about Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and/or NIS2 directive requirements.

    2. Threat Detection and Response across the entire Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender portfolio (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, Cloud Apps, Office 365, etc.)
    3. Vulnerability Management and Exposure Reduction using Qualys, Nessus, and integrated processes.
    4. IoT/OT Security Architecture, including tools like D4IoT, segmentation strategy, and OT-focused VM.
  • Contribute to Zero Trust design, detection engineering, and client maturity assessments.
  • Collaborate with client teams on long-term security roadmaps and capability building.
  • Participate in internal tooling, code-based innovation, or asset development (optional but encouraged).


Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-8 years hands-on cybersecurity experience, preferably with a consulting and/or systems integration background.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    1. Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Entra ID
    2. IAM tools and strategy (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft)
    3. Vulnerability and risk platforms (Qualys, Nessus)
    4. IoT/OT architecture, segmentation, and network visibility solutions (D4IoT)
  • Experience working across threat detection, IAM, and risk reduction projects.
  • A consultative mindset with technical depth, and the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively.
  • Bonus: scripting, automation, or detection-as-code experience (e.g., KQL, PowerShell, LogicApps, Go, Python, Terraform, Git).
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
