As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be a part of our International Tax and Transaction Services group. We offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing professionals which translates to excellent opportunities for learning and career advancement. We will also provide immigration support services for international candidates.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in our Transfer Pricing practice, you will be part of a team that works with clients to develop tax planning, defend transfer pricing in government audits, facilitate negotiations between tax authorities, and prepare supporting documentation. You will also participate in and supervise various challenging transfer pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality transfer pricing services for our diverse clients.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $95,000 to $110,000 . Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.

The Quants team is part of the broader Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice which provides a wide range of services to the financial services industry with a focus on quantitative analysis to help our clients meet changing market conditions, demands for greater transparency and changing regulatory requirements. Join our External Audit team at the Senior Associate Level and you will help our clients meet their reportingrequirements by providing an objective and independent examination of their financial statements. Key Responsibilities
Leading fieldwork, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring more junior team members and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagements
Effectively managing Audit processes with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters, including revenue, financial instruments, and income taxes
Engaging clients and providing advice and professionalism throughout transactions, including identification of areas for improvement in clients’ business processes
Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
Understanding our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible
Expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters

Proven experience as an Auditor delivering external audit and assurance engagements
Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits
Proven track record with developing and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
Expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters
Qualifications:
BCom Accounting CA Stream, BCom Finance or equivalent or any STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
ACCA or ICAEW Members
3 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
