Description:
As a receptionist you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations. You will collaborate closely with our professionals and contribute significantly to the success of our organisation.
Your responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for providing a range of support services, including but not limited to:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Promptly answering all incoming internal and external calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Managing and confirming meeting room bookings and reservation requests through calendar invites.
- Supporting the internal archiving system to ensure efficient document management.
- Supporting the internal archiving process and assisting internal clients as needed.
- Assisting various departments with their administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing effectively in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Reliability and trustworthiness in all tasks.
- A collaborative spirit and the desire to work as part of a team.
