You will play a strategic role in helping clients identify sources of value creation and quantifying them. A solution-oriented mindset is essential to act as a true Corporate Finance advisor, leveraging EY capabilities to assist clients in solving their issues and unlocking potential for value growth. In a commercial capacity, you will regularly advise businesses on valuation issues related to acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring, and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings. Additionally, in the regulatory and accounting domain, you will collaborate with management during the acquisition process to understand how the value of acquired intangible and financial assets will impact accounting requirements, providing fair value opinions for financial reporting purposes.

Assistant Manager, Digital Risk, Operational Technology
You will also be expected to invest in continuous learning and contribute to thought leadership by participating in events, panels, and knowledge publications under the guidance of the leadership team.
We are investing significantly in growing our Digital Risk practice across MENA. As clients navigate AI, OT transformation, and digital convergence, the need for strong, forward-looking risk capabilities has never been higher. You will lead initiatives to embed OT cybersecurity resilience, zero-trust principles, and compliance with global standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27019. Your role will involve strategic advisory to national critical infrastructure clients, helping them achieve operational resilience and regulatory alignment.
Your key responsibilities:
Deliver OT risk assessments, maturity evaluations, and remediation strategies aligned with global frameworks. Advise clients on convergence risks between IT, OT, and IoT systems, implement zero-trust architecture for industrial environments, and design governance dashboards for executive oversight.
The majority of your time will be spent delivering Digital Risk engagements. You’ll participate in client delivery with support from senior team members, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and go-to-market initiatives.
