As a Business Analyst in our Digital Engineering practice, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions across complex client environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of custom-built digital solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical thinking, communication, and a deep understanding of modern software delivery.
Your key responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Solution Assessment: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, requirements, and decisions to ensure transparency and continuity.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a consulting or client-facing environment
- Experience in technology-enabled transformation projects
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO) are preferred
