Job Title: Operations Support - Supervising Associate

As Operations Support, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the ES Finance leadership, overseeing a range of administrative, operational, and reporting responsibilities to ensure streamlined and effective operational processes. You will play a key role in consolidating data and information, maintaining reports, managing communications, and developing presentation materials for our stakeholders. Additionally, you will engage in ad-hoc projects and business initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide valuable insights to the leadership team and support leaders in executing ES Finance strategy
  • Participate in the global planning and FTE forecasting processes
  • Coordinate with different SF SPOCs for managing resource databases, support operational needs, manage projects and compiling information as required
  • Support the client billing management and perform aging analysis, to ensure timely collection and to alert respective leaders for any potential risks
  • Maintain the headcount database while ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in guest relations and coordinate logistics for client and leadership visits
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and create presentation materials for leadership and clients
  • Actively participate in process improvement and efficiency projects to achieve operational excellence and effectiveness
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the team, including BCP and procurement
  • Support in meeting the operational KPIs such as timesheet compliance, mandatory learning completion, RTO monitoring, etc.

  • Deliver reporting requirements to GDS stakeholders as needed

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or operations management
  • Outstanding spoken and written English
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Operations, Administrative, Reporting, Business Support role

Your key responsibilities

  • Own EY’s Partner Program orchestration and management in relation to EY’s strategic Alliance with Microsoft, and inclusive tools associated therewith.
  • Global lead for administration of Microsoft Partner Center, which includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking, referral submissions, claim submissions, Azure revenue tracking and more.
  • Manage Partner Center issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits and other Microsoft partner programs.
  • Coordinate Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes, collaborating with EY Global Microsoft Practice.
  • Manage Microsoft revenue recognition processes – PAL and CPOR (plus others as needed) to translate influence Azure consumption and BizApps licensing into recognized partner metrics
