Troubleshoot and work on day-to-day data lake operations, including job faiures and ETL failures, Data Quality Issues, data pipelines, and system health using Databricks /Spark/ETL tools, Airflow and other tools and technologies.
Respond to alerts and notifications, ensuring timely resolution of complex data issues and incidents.
Perform SOP-based issue resolution and beyond the SOP based issue resolution through deep dive and troubleshooting skills of job failures or operational anomalies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear notifications, updates, and support as required.
Collaborate proactively with various technical teams to ensure seamless operation and quick remediation of issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard processes to contribute to team knowledge bases and continuous improvement.
Willingness to work in Shift based model of support including weekends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Computer Science (CS), Information Science (IS), or equivalent from a reputed university.
Must Have
Experience with Databricks Spark-based ETL troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline management.
Proficiency in data lake operations and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Min 2 years’ experience in IT operations, with exposure to data platforms or cloud environments.
Hands On SQL.
ITIL Foundational concepts & understanding is must to have
Good To Have
Basic hands-on skills with at least one ETL tool (such as Nifi, Informatica, Talend/TAC, or similar) is good to have
Exposure to workflow orchestration tools, preferably Airflow.
Fundamental knowledge of Azure cloud services and concepts.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and inter-team collaboration.
Ability to debug issues in ETL/Data Analytics world, beyond standard SOPs and quickly troubleshoot routine operational issues.

Experience working within financial data platforms or related domains.
Exposure to multi-technology environments or large-scale data operations.
