Your key responsibilitiesProvide valuable insights to the leadership team and support leaders in executing ES Finance strategyParticipate in the global planning and FTE forecasting processesCoordinate with different SF SPOCs for managing resource databases, support operational needs, manage projects and compiling information as requiredSupport the client billing management and perform aging analysis, to ensure timely collection and to alert respective leaders for any potential risksMaintain the headcount database while ensuring accuracy and completenessAssist in guest relations and coordinate logistics for client and leadership visits
Execute ad-hoc tasks and create presentation materials for leadership and clients
Actively participate in process improvement and efficiency projects to achieve operational excellence and effectivenessProvide operational and administrative support to the team, including BCP and procurementSupport in meeting the operational KPIs such as timesheet compliance, mandatory learning completion, RTO monitoring, etc.Manage communications, including drafting announcements, facilitating meetings, producing live events/townhalls, maintaining distribution lists and managing shared mailboxesDeliver reporting requirements to GDS stakeholders as needed
To qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or operations management
Outstanding spoken and written English
