Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Estonian process of annual sales planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate the preparation and execution of Key accounts and Industry targeting meetings, driving engagement and relationship-building.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for management meetings, showcasing insights and recommendations.
• Provide strategic support for business development initiatives and manage ad-hoc requests.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• Relevant professional experience in a business development related positions.
• A university degree or currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in analytics and market research.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Estonian and English.

As a, you will assist in various audit engagements in different industry sectors. As you build your finance & audit knowledge and experience, you will become a credible auditor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. Apply if you are a last year student and do not have lectures, a graduate or already have work experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the audit client’s business.
• Interact with the clients to collect all the necessary data and information, set-up and maintain audit files, etc.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, and planned audit approach.
• Data and information analysis while working on various audit projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• Drive to gain deep understanding of finance & accounting, business management (some previous experience would be an advantage), motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in audit field.
• Proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong academic record including a university degree or being last year student in economics / finance / accounting or any other related area.
• Excellent spoken and written Estonian and English.
• Ability to work full time.
