  • Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, and integration.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting).
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM or WorkForce Software.
