You will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and compliance across multiple geographies. Your ability to combine technical proficiency with strategic insight will be key to driving successful outcomes.
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and Benefits leaders, shaping global benefits strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits solutions.
- Advise on compliance, governance, and best practices for benefits administration across diverse regions.
Implementation and Integration
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Design and configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and life event management.
- Ensure seamless integration with Employee Central Core HR, Payroll, and third-party benefits providers.
Solution Ownership & Innovation
- Maintain ownership of solution integrity across benefits processes, data strategy, and reporting.
- Introduce innovations from the SAP ecosystem to enhance employee experience and streamline benefits administration.
- Drive continuous improvement in benefits analytics, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
Program Delivery & Governance
- Manage global, multi-country benefits implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) to deliver integrated benefits solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for benefits processes and system design.
People Leadership
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across onshore/offshore models.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the SAP SuccessFactors community of interest.
Change Enablement & Adoption
- Partner with change management teams to drive adoption of new benefits technology.
- Conduct design-thinking sessions to create intuitive employee experiences for benefits enrollment and management.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with at least 3–5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end benefits technology transformations.
- Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in global program environments.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Global Benefits certifications.
- Experience with integrations to benefits carriers, payroll systems, and compliance platforms.
- Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Learning, Recruiting, Employee Central, Payroll).
