You will also integrate with line of business applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365. While many of our solutions extend Microsoft Dynamics 365, this role also involves extending and integrating with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and industry-specific platforms. You will help our clients harness the Power Platform to create modern omnichannel experiences, empower employees, and enable new business capabilities, while also guiding adoption models, governance, and community enablement.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead presales activities by designing and delivering compelling demos of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions tailored to client needs.
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale applications using Power Platform (Canvas, Model-driven, Power Automate, Power Pages) integrated with Dataverse and external systems.
- Design customer- and employee-facing applications that support omnichannel service, digital self-service, and workforce enablement scenarios.
- Leverage emerging AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio (multi-agent orchestration, plugins/actions, grounding) and Azure AI Foundry, and begin to apply Agentic AI approaches to create adaptive, intelligent solutions.Assess AI readiness for clients including data governance, compliance, and infrastructure prerequisites for deploying Copilot and autonomous agent.
- Develop integration patterns to extend ERP/CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce, and connect Power Platform with line-of-business applications and external APIs.
- Advise clients on licensing, architecture trade-offs, and cost models, shaping solution design for scalability and sustainability.
- Provide technical leadership in solution design, architecture documentation, and strategic decision-making across cloud and business application landscapes.
- Support and lead junior technical team members by sharing best practices, providing design recommendations, offering guidance on complex challenges, and conducting peer reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous learning.Drive delivery excellence: guide backlog shaping, oversee sprint-level architecture, and ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and maintainability are met.
- Mentor and coach EY delivery teams and client stakeholders on Power Platform best practices, including secure development and AI safety considerations.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, creating proofs-of-concept and demos, and engaging with client executives to shape solution vision.
- Promote adoption and governance by advising clients on Center of Excellence models, Managed Environments, and enabling federated maker communities that balance innovation with control.
- Advance EY’s practice maturity through reusable reference architectures, solution accelerators, and delivery playbooks tailored for Power Platform engagements.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 5 years hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas and Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).
- Proven experience building robust applications that are customer- or employee-facing, enabling omnichannel service, digital engagement, or workforce empowerment—not just process automation.
- Track record extending Power Platform alongside enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, or other industry platforms.
- Hands-on delivery experience with AI-driven solutions, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry; familiarity with emerging patterns in Agentic AI.
- Integration expertise across Microsoft ecosystem and third-party APIs, with an understanding of event-driven and API-first patterns.
- Experience advising on governance, ALM, and community enablement (CoE Starter Kit, Managed Environments, ALM Accelerator, and fostering federated maker communities).
- Strong consulting skills: client-facing leadership, solution shaping, workshop facilitation, pre-sales contributions, and executive communication.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Microsoft certification: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
- Additional certifications: PL-400 (Developer Associate), PL-200 (Functional Consultant Associate), PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst).
- Relevant AI certifications such as AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) or AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals).
