Key Responsibilities

As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on change, you will be expected to

• Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery.
• Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific technology client context.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, ensuring their voices are heard in the change process.
• Design and implement communication strategies to effectively convey change initiatives and their benefits to all levels of the organization.
• Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, on-the-job coaching, and set-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects.
• Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 4-7 years professional experience with Change and Project Management background, preferably within technology transformations

• You lead and execute various finance projects for a variety of clients within various sectors;

Your Profile

You have:

• • A Master degree in a financial or economic field;
  • Gained some initial analytical or audit experience (2-3 years);

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and/or French. Next to that, you are fluent in English;

Your key responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the AS-IS situation: Gain a clear understanding of the current business processes and identify gaps in alignment with the target architecture and business objectives
• Eliciting requirements: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and user needs

Skills and attributes for success

• Educational background: Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (business or civil engineering, computer science, economics, information system management, etc.)
• Professional experience: Demonstrate 1 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting and/or the financial services sector, showcasing a track record as a business analyst, functional analyst, or related roles
• Key expertise:
  • Experience in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and working with functional teams
  • Understanding of project lifecycles, including working in Agile teams
  • Knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Other skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to build relationships through clear communication

When you join our Tax department, you'll help local and global clients navigate the complex, ever-changing world of Transaction Tax. You’ll be working closely with colleagues across borders, using EY tools and networks to solve complex business and tax problems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You are involved in Transaction/ M&A client engagements;
• You will collaborate with a team of Transaction Tax professionals to combine diverse cross-border transaction experience with local tax knowledge across a broad spectrum of industries;

Your key responsibilities for respective Region or Sub Service Line

• Execute WFP weekly, monthly, and annual processes in support of business strategy.
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders (Leadership, Talent, Experience Management, Finance, Recruiting).
• Daily/weekly coordination and input of data into Workforce Planning Tools (IOWP and Workforce Tracker) for Operational Workforce Planning.
• Host monthly deep dive meetings with local TCs and Experience Management to further understanding of workforce activity and/or workforce concerns.
• Monitoring attrition risks including performance issues, VISA risks, promotion projections (CPA risks) and mobility projections.
• Analyze headcount and supply activity – actual and projected – compared to plan and prior year to identify trends and/or key insights.
• Discuss appropriateness of projected supply activity with STC based on review of recent trends and insight gained from stakeholders.
• Work closely with Experience Management to understand demand, staffing concerns, etc.
• Distribute reports and participate in discussions with stakeholders regarding headcount and supply activity - identifying key data insights from the reports.
• Monthly reporting discussions with STC, EM Leader and Finance Director to understand headcount, supply activity, demand, supply/demand gaps and strategies to manage and near-term workforce concerns (in support of SQM procedures if applicable).
• Support annual financial plan process with creation of headcount roll-forward for plan working closely with stakeholders.
• Participate in and support annual campus goal setting discussions.
• Support creation of and annual review of desired leverage models to support business workforce strategy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and model multi-year strategy including onshore, near shore and offshore workforce types.
• Participate in strategy discussions around potential impacts to workforce at a local level based on multi-year models.
• Present analysis to leaders and stakeholders in a manner that enables them to make strategic decisions.
• Participate in weekly Service Line workforce planning meetings to build team rapport, share best practices, collectively achieve workforce planning goals and objectives.

To qualify for the role, you must have.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Workforce Planning preferable.
• 3-5 plus years of business experience, with 2 plus years of related experience preferably within in workforce planning, Talent, Finance or Experience Management, including running projects from beginning to end, delivering results to senior level leaders

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Power BI experience a plus
• Moderate to advanced understanding of Excel
