Key Responsibilities

As a member of the People Consulting team you’ll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences. In your role as a Senior Consultant focusing on change, you will be expected to

  • Drive projects with a focus on the design and delivery.
  • Devise the optimal approach to operational transformations & change management within a specific technology client context.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, ensuring their voices are heard in the change process.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to effectively convey change initiatives and their benefits to all levels of the organization.
  • Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, on-the-job coaching, and set-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects.
  • Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • 4-7 years professional experience with Change and Project Management background, preferably within technology transformations
  • A continuous enthusiasm for championing the people agenda in organizations
  • A motivation to support the growth and development of our team
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g. ADKAR)
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support client teams through change initiatives
  • Good listening skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Your Profile

You have:

    • A Master degree in a financial or economic field;
    • Gained some initial analytical or audit experience (2-3 years);
    • A genuine interest in different domains (finance, risk & compliance, operations, and digitalization);
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and/or French. Next to that, you are fluent in English;
    • A natural talent for building trusted customer relationships;

  • Discuss appropriateness of projected supply activity with STC based on review of recent trends and insight gained from stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Experience Management to understand demand, staffing concerns, etc.
  • Distribute reports and participate in discussions with stakeholders regarding headcount and supply activity - identifying key data insights from the reports.

  • Support annual financial plan process with creation of headcount roll-forward for plan working closely with stakeholders.
  • Participate in and support annual campus goal setting discussions.
  • Support creation of and annual review of desired leverage models to support business workforce strategy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and model multi-year strategy including onshore, near shore and offshore workforce types.
  • Participate in strategy discussions around potential impacts to workforce at a local level based on multi-year models.
  • Present analysis to leaders and stakeholders in a manner that enables them to make strategic decisions.
  • Participate in weekly Service Line workforce planning meetings to build team rapport, share best practices, collectively achieve workforce planning goals and objectives.

  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and feedback from employees, ensuring their voices are heard in the change process.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to effectively convey change initiatives and their benefits to all levels of the organization.
  • Build client capabilities in operational transformations and change management, through design and delivery of training programs, on-the-job coaching, and set-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business processes and projects.
  • Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise in this domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • 4-7 years professional experience with Change and Project Management background, preferably within technology transformations
  • A continuous enthusiasm for championing the people agenda in organizations
  • A motivation to support the growth and development of our team
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g. ADKAR)
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support client teams through change initiatives
  • Good listening skills and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment
  • Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in French and/or Dutch
  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset
