Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing the selection process of junior & senior profiles: from drafting the position description up to the signature of the offer letter;
• Establishing strong relationships with your internal stakeholders;
• Keeping the hiring managers informed about recruitment activities and selection processes;
• Actively attending job fairs and graduate events in order to promote EY as future employer of choice, taking into account EY's Recruitment & Employer Branding strategy;
• Contributing in defining the recruiting strategies for your Service line(s).

Your Profile

You have:

• a bachelor or master degree;
• a first experience or a relevant internship;
• excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch, French and English;
• Have excellent relationship building, negotiation and an understanding of influencing factors for a wide range of audiences;
• a driver's license.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation & internal campaigns: Develop and execute engaging internal communication campaigns including planning, creating content, implementing, and analyzing outcomes.
• Supporting internal stakeholders: Provide insights and expertise to help internal stakeholders communicate their messages effectively and timely.
• Video & visual storytelling: Translate internal and external messaging into high-quality, engaging videos that support leadership communication and elevate EY’s presence across corporate channels.
• Brand ambassador & culture gatekeeper: Promote and uphold EY's culture and values through internal communications.

Your Profile

You have/are:

• a degree in communications or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications
• Native proficiency in English, with fluency in French and/or Dutch
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, including experience in video creation, from drafting storylines and scripts to filming and editing
