Sales Support & Operations

  • Prepare compelling ad hoc presentations for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards used by the commercial team

  • Provide prompt, accurate responses to client and prospect inquiries on non-technical matters (e.g., privacy policies, general product information)

  • Coordinate follow-up activities for sales calls, meetings, and events to ensure consistent client engagement

Document & Contract Management

  • Maintain organized document repositories and contract databases

  • Manage contract lifecycle processes and ensure proper documentation

  • Oversee client and partner onboarding processes on company systems (e.g., iCertis platform)

  • Facilitate execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents

Client Relations Monitoring

  • Monitor and manage website inbound leads and inquiries

  • Support client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions

  • Maintain accurate client and prospect databases

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Plan and organize business travel arrangements for team members

  • Coordinate sales events, client entertainment, and team activities

  • Provide on-site support for business development team during events and conferences

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and update reports and presentations for CLG and eBay leadership

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles

What you will bring :

  • 4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business operations, or commercial project management.

  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in deadline-driven, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting executive-level reports and client-ready materials.

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

  • Analytical thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes

  • Proficient in English and Italian

  • Familiarity with SaaS, authentication, or digital product ecosystems is a plus knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira).
