As a in the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our . You’ll be at the intersection of technology and operations—collaborating cross-functionally and leveraging tools like AI/ML and to optimize and modernize support systems at scale.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to own and evolve the production roadmap for Payments, Billing, Collections, Finance domains.

• Lead and support daily production workflows, including incident response, resolution coordination, and automated and proactive monitoring .
