In this position as, you will drive the strategic user experience vision for client products. In this senior role, you will focus on front-end concept development, cross-portfolio design strategy, and long-term innovation initiatives across hardware and software ecosystems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, champion advanced research practices, and represent Dell’s UX direction at the executive level to influence future product roadmaps and investment.


You will:

  • Define and lead the strategic UX vision for Dell’s next generation of client products
  • Drive front-end concept incubation: identifying, prototyping, and validating opportunities before formal development
  • Establish and scale design frameworks, standards, and methodologies that guide cross-functional teams globally
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to shape portfolio strategy and align experience goals with business outcomes; Present design strategies and concept directions to executive leadership to guide priorities and investment
  • Champion advanced Human Factors and behavioral research approaches to ensure strategic insights inform concept and portfolio planning
Essential Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in a consumer product UX role, with a track record of leadership on large-scale programs or portfolios
  • Proven expertise in front-end innovation, strategic design direction, and concept incubation for consumer-facing hardware/software ecosystems
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic impact on both shipped products and long-term design roadmaps
  • Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative research methods, prototyping tools, and design frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence executive-level decisions through design strategies and research insights

You will:

  • Be responsible for driving 30+ outbound calls /3hr+ Talk Time per day, as well as manage opportunities and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services

  • Sell Dell’s full Client portfolio; Including desktops, laptops, services and accessories

  • Qualify and identify projects including Enterprise categories like Server, Networking, Storage, Data Protection and Cloud

  • Continue to learn and develop technical sales acumen to enable career growth opportunities

  • Have the flexibility to acquire volunteer hours for community service and participate in our employee-led groups that provide a platform for individuals with shared characteristic or experiences to connect, network and contribute to the workplace

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

  • 1-3 years of general sales or customer-facing professional experience

  • Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) is a critical enabler of this transformation which is delivering the thermal efficiency, scalability, and sustainability required to power the next generation of AI workloads.

You will:

  • Lead the global enablement program for DLC technologies supporting Dell’s AI-optimized server and data center portfolio.
  • Translate complex technical designs and thermal architectures into training content, playbooks, and documentation for installation teams.
  • Partner with engineering and deployment teams to align installation, commissioning, and validation procedures with Dell’s evolving AI infrastructure roadmap.
  • Develop modular learning paths, certification programs, and enablement materials to accelerate internal and partner expertise in DLC and advanced cooling technologies.
  • Provide support to sales teams to ensure proposed solutions deliver required outcomes
  • Drive innovation by gathering feedback from field implementations, influencing product design, and helping Dell remain at the forefront of AI infrastructure innovation.
Essential Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with direct liquid cooling (such as CDUs, cold plates, manifolds, and secondary fluid networks)
  • Familiarity with OEM partners such as Motivair, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, and USystems
  • Proven ability to create and deliver technical enablement programs for complex engineering or deployment solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, high-density compute environments, and the sustainability benefits of next-generation cooling
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to bridge engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
  • Experience with global deployments, technical documentation, and global coordination

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with AI and HPC data center deployments or thermal solutions for GPU-intensive workloads

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $197,200. - $255,200.
