Join Dell’s Experience Design Group to lead end-to-end user experience for client peripherals and displays. You will apply a user-centered, iterative process, collect and analyze behavioral data, translate insights into design direction, and deliver the artifacts that move hardware and software experiences from concept to launch. You will partner closely with engineering and product teams and act as a strong UX ambassador at the Singapore Design Center.
You will:
- Own the HW user experience across the product lifecycle, from out-of-box setup to ongoing use and updates. Plan and execute research that informs product decisions, including surveys, interviews, ethnographic methods, usability studies, concept testing, and quantitative analysis.
- Translate behavioral data into actionable insights, design recommendations, and behavioral specifications. Integrate Human Factors principles into the design process, accounting for perceptual, physical, and cognitive considerations.
- Create and maintain prototypes, flows, UI designs, specifications, guidelines, and UX standards. Contribute to the strategy for the next generation of Dell client peripherals and displays.
- Work across hardware, software, and product teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers. Present findings and design outcomes to development teams and executive leadership to guide decisions and align with business strategy.
- Mentor peers and model customer-obsessed, results-driven practices within a fast-paced studio environment.
