You will:
Maximize relationships with field and business leadership to ensure that security goals are met, and corporate security message is communicated effectively.
Design and execute initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence, ensuring key projects have clear milestones, success measures and operational plans
Initiate and manage strategic projects and directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional stakeholders towards the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives for the business
Conduct security risk assessments of facilities and security operations within North America. Assess risk for the business and identify smart solutions to reduce / mitigate risk in line with GSO standards. Support for Business related Compliance and External certification audits from a Physical Security and Supply Chain Security perspective.
Conduct and manage internal, external and Supply Chain Security Investigations, partnering with Global Investigations, Vendors Security Teams and local law enforcement authorities where required.
Establish and facilitate Security Training Programs / Events for team members in accordance with GSO guidelines. Provide support to Executive Protection and Event Security Management when needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experiences (per instructions, education or experience is listed here)
Extensive experience in evaluating and implementing a Physical Asset Protection and Supply Chain Security program, conducting and managing investigations workplace / internal policy / code of conduct violations. Experience in conducting witness, victim, and suspect interviews. Experience in managing emergency situations including constructing and owning crisis management plans.
Experience in conflict resolution, workplace violence, negotiations, threat analysis and developing risk analysis of human behavior.
Experience in executive protection including protection surveys and advance preparations.
Experience in managing security technologies and handling relationships with security vendors/service providers and ability to effectively manage a budget and security program.
Desirable Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Internationally recognized security or program management certification (CPP, CSMP, PSP, CFE, PMP, REID, Wicklander)

This role will report to the Director of Government Security within the Governance, Risk & Compliance organization.
You will:
Responsible for supporting and administering security aspects for Department of Defence and civilian agency customers to include the lifecycle of security clearances.
Serve as primary support and liaison between the Customer and Business for security matters.
Administer security programs and procedures for classified, CUI, or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
Familiar with classification management process and classification guides associated with DoD/Intelligence information; Working knowledge of government databases: NISS, e-QIP, and DISS. Experience with SIMS is a plus.
Experience writing security volumes for proposals, DD254s, and other contract mechanisms.
Essential Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with current, active SCI clearance is required.
In-depth knowledge of COMSEC, NISPOM, Executive Orders, and DoD Directives. Knowledge of secure supply chain principles (CMMC, NIST 800-171) is a plus.
Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop and render concise reports, summaries and formal presentations.
Desirable Requirements
Minimum of 5 years work experience, with a Bachelor’s degree. Will consider additional work experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to handle daily activities with little oversight or direction.
