What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment activities, mainly supporting the Software Engineering business unit. You will implement short- and long-term strategies to ensure hiring targets are met.

You will:

• Fill vacancies under rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritizing both volume and specialty openings.

• Build the candidate pipelines via various channels such as advertising, employee referrals, direct sourcing and personal networking.

• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including complex salary negotiations and job offers, requiring strong influencing skills with both candidates and stakeholders.

• Engage and educate Managers to implement best recruitment practices.

Essential Requirements:

• University degree and 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house), ideally with a strong focus on recruiting software engineering roles and solid market knowledge in this area.

• Experience to directly sourcing candidates via diverse social channels and building candidate pools aligned with market streams.

• Outstanding customer focus to create a positive candidate and stakeholder experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Process orientation, consulting skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

Dell is looking for bright and motivated engineers in the field of electrical and computer engineering to work on architecting and developing the next generation of computing servers. Specifically, you will have the opportunity to work with our engineers in the fields of high-speed signal integrity with a system design focus for server platforms. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

You will:

• Work with key silicon and passive component suppliers to obtain information, documentation and models required to enable simulation of assigned interfaces and technologies. Develop, test and validate simulation models to ensure the accuracy of simulation results through correlation studies. Perform analysis of electrical designs and simulate viable routing, material, and interconnect solutions to define a "solution space" and develop design constraints for new high-speed interfaces.

• Devise optimized simulation strategies necessary to characterize worst case system conditions for high volume manufacturing and environmental variations. Work with Electrical Engineers, PCB Layout and other Simulation Engineers to develop and ensure appropriate delivery and compliance of recommended layout design constraints. Develop design and validation guidelines required to successfully implement new technologies and interfaces across a broad range of platforms and development partners across the Dell product portfolio.

• Participate in design reviews for platforms being developed internal and external to Dell and provide guidance based on signal integrity rules and best practices.

• Lead the development of electrical validation test plans for new technologies and assist in the resolution of signal integrity issues before they impact product delivery and/or quality.

• Engage with key technology and strategic suppliers to co-develop platform guidelines and simulation tools and to collaborate on future technology directions and ecosystem challenges associated with high frequency interfaces and materials.

Essential Requirements

• Thorough understanding of transmission line theory and electromagnetic field theory.

• Experience in Signal Integrity tools and applications of 2D, 3D, and Power Integrity simulation tools.

• Experience in advanced test and measurement equipment for Signal Integrity tasks.

• Experience in analogue and digital circuit theory and principles.

• Experience in negotiating with customer regarding issues and ability to successfully persuade with solutions.

Desirable Requirements

• Advanced ability in reading and understanding technical data sheets. Advanced ability to read and understand circuit schematics and/or mechanical drawings.

• Prefer a candidate with a bachelor's degree in either electrical engineering or computer engineering and 6-8 years professional experience (or a master's degree and 3-5 years' experience).

Senior Data Engineer

You will:

·Support in designing and rolling out the data architecture and infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.

• Play an important role in the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from ideation, feasibility assessment, to data preparation and industrialization.

• Design, develop and deploy scalable batch and/or real-time data pipelines, having a strong focus on DataOps.

• Identify and investigate potential data quality issues and explore ways to improve data quality and reliability.

• Implement data validation, cleaning, and monitoring processes to ensure high-quality data for data science models.

• 5+ years in data engineering or a related field, with proven success in building scalable data solutions.

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or another relevant subject.

• Experience with data modelling, design patterns and building highly scalable and secured data platforms and infrastructures.

• Practical experience with Python data exploration, analysis and engineering libraries.

• Experience within a commercial environment creating ETL pipelines in python
