As R&D Team Leader, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers focused on researching, designing, and implementing advanced algorithmic and software solutions for signal processing challenges. • Lead and Mentor a team of engineers and researchers in digital communications and Signal Processing.
• Drive Software Development for satellite communication systems, from design to optimization.

• Involved in and responsible for preparing white papers, Impact assessments, high-level solution descriptions and pricing strategies
• Write comprehensive technical and marketing documents
• You will be the main point of contact (go-to-guy) for the Presale group for all communication with the product and R&D group
• Full responsibility of Technical and Maintenance support with all presale demo systems
• Preparation of POC (proof of concept)

• Excellent English - Reading & writing - a must
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time
