- Define and drive strategic direction: Develop and execute a long-term product strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and business objectives, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership in the Data Analytics and OSINT domains.
- Lead high-impact teams: Manage and mentor product management and solutions teams, fostering a collaborative, data-driven, and innovation-focused culture that enables professional growth and high performance.
- Own the product lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end product management – from market analysis and ideation to launch and post-release optimization – ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with R&D leadership and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of cutting-edge products that meet both technical and business objectives.
- Leverage data and insights: Use market intelligence, customer feedback, and analytics to refine strategy, enhance competitiveness, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Measure and optimize performance: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business unit performance and ensure continuous improvement in product offerings, market positioning, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Cognyte externally: Engage with customers, partners, and industry thought leaders to advocate Cognyte’s vision and influence the future of decision intelligence solutions.
