Key Responsibilities:
· Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Record Management Officers (RMOs), Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technical Developers, Enterprise Data Teams, and the Services Data Team
· Support efforts to implement systematic controls and intuitive workflows to enforce track and enforce Data Privacy across the Services Data Ecosystem
· Create and maintain a product vision aligned to business priorities, key user needs, and organizational OKRs
· Act as product owner / manager for Data Privacy work to satisfy enterprise policies and regulatory requirements
· Collaborate with data stakeholders and other business areas to capture requirements for data privacy use cases
· Work with Product and Technology to find innovative ways to integrate Data Privacy controls into Services’ self-service technologies
· Partner with functions, lines of business and regions to define the prioritized scope for completing Data Privacy outstanding items
· Develop short to medium term plans to execute functional Data Privacy strategies
· Continually, succinctly, and clearly communicate progress and results against the Data Privacy agenda to stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications:
· 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services
· Bachelor's degree required; Masters is a plus
· Experience working as a product manager or product owner, in an Agile environment, collaborating with technology to understand stakeholder needs and translate into business requirements and features
· Experience in leading the design, development and management of automated solutions that address user pain points, enable self-service and drive efficiency
· Ability to manage through ambiguity by making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
· Communicates effectively: develops and delivers clear communication both written and verbal, tailored to the needs of different audiences
· Experience leveraging glossary, lineage and data quality tools to drive governance
