Description:


The Senior Vice President will manage and support our existing clients’ growth within their assigned portfolios. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a “best in class” client-centric strategy that includes developing and growing client relationships through the provision of value-added
solutions and an exceptional client experience. You will collaborate with the Global team to implement alignment and accountability across our Operations, Service and Onboarding partners to deliver a strong client experience for our Financial Institution Sector clients, including implementation of the data tools
across the client TTS interaction points allowing the Senior Vice President to be responsive and proactive to client situations.
You will foster strong partnership with Product and Solution Sales partners to meet the clients’ needs. Your team will also monitor and support the onboarding process as well as the clients’ service levels to ensure revenue ramp up and a positive client experience, including resolution / action plans in response to client feedback. The Senior Vice President will work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit, Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a client-centric strategy to meet TTS growth objectives and implement KPIs with functional partners.
•Portfolio Management and Optimization: Develop deep relationships with key global and regional clients.
• Responsible for incremental cross sell of new TTS products and services.

• Drive implementations and revenue realization on deals implemented within the portfolio in partnership with key partners.
•Deepen relationship within key clients, leveraging industry insights and Citi’s global capabilities.

•Review and co-ordinate timely responses to all client-related enquiries through redirecting Operations, Client delivery or appropriate Product Specialists.

•Assist with client communication of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates for the portfolio.
•Support complex cash management deals including RFP responses and client pitches, recommending innovative cash management solutions.
•Be the client advocate to ensure Client issues are addressed promptly working with partners in product, client delivery and operations.

Qualifications:
• Sales or Relationship Management experience covering large financial institution clients with proven track record.
• Familiarity with market dynamics and client eco-systems
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Fluently in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for physical cash concentration products in LATAM.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM cash management landscape, including client needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including sales, client service, and operations.
  • Identify and analyze product-related opportunities.
  • Proactively communicate product updates, market trends, and competitive insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new cash concentration products and features, from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and other local and global stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and define user stories to guide development sprints.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and training materials to educate stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor product offerings and go-to-market strategies for specific LATAM markets.
  • Support the migration of clients to new and enhanced cash concentration platforms.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve product performance, efficiency, and client experience.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to:

  • Learn Strategic planning skills – create product roadmaps, commercialization plans, market assessment plans.
  • Build a global network of partners across Citi’s services business through interaction with regional and country product managers, client management, operations, implementations, technology and control teams
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Citi’s industry leading Liquidity products – including how these products help meet client objectives and drive revenue and sales activities
  • Work alongside product managers who manage Liquidity products successfully in 97+ countries – across all regions, in their daily job
  • Learn strong project management skills as well as get exposure to key functions related to successful product management: Product roadmap development, Revenue and Pricing analysis, Budget and Strategic planning process, Regulatory / Compliance, Technology and Operations
  • Learn the technology development cycle - including forecasting product demand, revenue, budget requirements and BRD support

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Intellectual curiosity, hard working team player, analytical and conceptual thinker
  • Significant experience in product management. Knowledge of agile product development methodologies and tools a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cash Management and/or Liquidity Management and/or banking DDA platforms expectations and/or Payments systems.
  • Understanding of business process re-engineering will be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others including senior stakeholders without direct reporting line
  • Comfortable with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy with tight timescales
  • Creative, independent, highly motivated
  • Organizational skills and the ability to drive complex projects
  • Ability to interact effectively, with clients, business partners, senior management
  • Self-aware with ability to adapt to various situations, rapidly assimilate and report on complex information while creating a future vision
  • Proven track record as change agent, with ability to encourage and embrace innovative ideas and solutions


Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
