Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of product managers to define product strategy, measure outcomes, and drive adoption of Foundational Security Technologies across Cisco
• Partner with engineering leaders and internal customers to define roadmaps and make trade-off decisions; empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to position Cisco's FST portfolio as a competitive advantage
• Develop and communicate long-term product roadmaps, success metrics, and goals based on customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends
• Drive adoption of FST offerings across Cisco via technical materials, internal forums, and direct engagement with key stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and product managers
• Communicate the vision, strategy, and impact of Foundational Security Technologies to senior leaders across Cisco, encouraging alignment and support for investments
• Lead all aspects of the development and evolution of 40+ security technologies across hardware, firmware, and software, while identifying future innovations and opportunities for differentiation

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in technical product management or software development, including 3+ years in people management
• Familiarity with enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, and/or Cisco’s product portfolio
• Experience in hardware development, software development, and/or SaaS DevOps
• Experience defining and delivering a portfolio of products and services, balancing technical constraints and customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Information Security, and/or Application Security

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Physical Security Technology experience in Access control & video surveillance, Threat detection and alarm monitoring, Critical Event Management platforms, Visitor management systems.
• 5+ years of Software Development experience with a good understanding of data integrations and analytics.
• Demonstrable understanding of Physical Security Technology and IT infrastructure requirements
• Experience with architectural design , network devices VLANs, DHCP, when designing security systems.

In this role, you will deliver excellent legal support to Splunk – a 4.3B+/year sales organization. You will support the Splunk sales team, ensuring alignment between the business and Legal. Your role will involve supporting deals, resolving critical issues, negotiating with sometimes complicated customers. You will be accountable for overall quality of your Legal work product and ensuring the needs of the business are appropriately balanced against the risk to Cisco.

You will also:

• Build strong internal and external relationships while balancing the needs in Splunk’s sales theater with Cisco's global strategy and priorities;

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in securing and ensuring compliance for the Cisco XDR platform. You will work closely with the Director of Security & Compliance to get up to speed in all areas, and to author high quality code to achieve security automation outcomes. You'll collaborate with XDR development, operations and quality assurance teams helping them secure the offer. You will also interface with Cisco central security and compliance organizations, external auditors, penetration testing teams (internal and external), participate in blue & purple team exercises, meet with corporate counsel, and chat with data privacy architects.

You will be entrusted with the crucial task of securing the platform and ensuring its compliance with both internal policies and various external regulatory frameworks.
