In this role, you will support and develop the day-to-day business operations and sales initiatives with a large operational technology supplier in partnership with Cisco. You will play a key role in accelerating value, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence. As the primary operational and business development liaison between Cisco and the operational technology supplier, you will ensure smooth daily business activities and drive new sales opportunities. You will lead and optimize partner processes, sales workflows, and communications to achieve shared business objectives and revenue goals. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding and enabling the OT supplier’s channel partners, optimizing for the route-to-market. You will also develop and run executive OT supplier relationships, and lead and coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives, partner enablement sessions, and sales operations support, including solutions in Meraki IOT for physical security and UPOE+ Catalyst switching for connected buildings.

You will use relationships with the broader partner teams, including within the Global Security Sales Organization, Americas Partner Organization, and Americas Sales Organization, to help our strategic partners in a joint go-to-market motion to accelerate Security sales with an emphasis on driving the successful adoption of the partners’ investment in leading with Cisco Security.
You will expand relationships with these strategic partners, at leadership levels to increase awareness and seller participation. You will accomplish this through tight alignment, ongoing enablement, and the creation of sales plays to help remove friction and support partner and Cisco differentiation in portfolio as well as market.

Experience building a sales acceleration plan and associated framework with strategic global partners that support a cybersecurity-focused sell thru/with motion, inclusive of enablement, investment execution, and sales campaign leadership.
Minimum Qualifications :
5+ years proven experience in sales execution with strategic partners/customers.
Understanding of Cisco’s field sales organization operational model (roles and responsibilities, regions, segments, theaters, etc.) is required.
Broad high-tech industry and cyber security knowledge, understanding/experience with large OEM resellers preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong results orientation with a shown ability to complete and achieve goals.
Negotiation skills—the ability to overcome obstacles, resolve differences, and forge win-win agreements.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for the Operational Technology Supplier Program, specifically those outside the current Cisco channel ecosystem.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with new partners in operational technology, physical security, connected buildings, and OT security.
• Assist in onboarding and enabling the OT Supplier’s channel partners optimizing for the RTM
• Lead partner enablement and development initiatives to ensure partners are fully equipped to represent Cisco solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including channel sales, distribution, and technical enablement and relevant business units.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the operational technology, physical security, connected buildings, and OT security markets
• Track and report on recruitment progress and partner bookings performance against program goals.
• Support inventory management, and order fulfillment processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Cisco’s operational standards, channel program requirements, and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience working with channel partners in operational technology, physical security, connected buildings, or OT security.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop new partners, ideally those not currently engaged with Cisco.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco channel programs, distribution models, and partner enablement best practices.
• Strong understanding of the industrial networking and security landscape.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and manage partner executive relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual, cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent intellectual and analytical skills—ability to structure problem statements and be the catalyst for uncovering new ways to solve problems; prior management consulting, business development, or strategy & planning experience is desired
• Experience in field sales roles (e.g., direct, channels)
• A keen understanding of relationship development and influence in highly matrixed environments
• Financial aptitude with Excel business case modeling and/or budget development
• Experience in designing/driving complex projects, programs and processes at scale
• An understanding of strategy, industry, and market concepts (e.g., TAM, Competition)
• Comfortable in a remote team working environment; self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong communication and presentation skills—an ability to graphically represent new ideas and concepts to executive leaders
• Subject matter and technical expertise in relevant Cisco solutions
Education qualification:
• BS/BA or equivalent in a related field
• Top MBA is strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
