You will partner across Finance, IT, Commerce Operations and the Global Partner Organization (GPO), and the Sales Regions. You will have the outstanding opportunity to work cross functionally on an international team passionate about operational excellence.

As a senior member of the Global Partner Finance Organization, you will work with a team of analysts focused on validating proof of performance claims to ensure accurate partner payments in the EMEA region. You will work with your Leader and Regional Managers in maintaining effective and efficient processes that meet internal control requirements. Your Impact

• Liaise Fund Managers, Team Leads and POP COE team and other cross-functional teams.

• Provide support, leadership and subject matter expertise to local team.

• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

• Help resolve partner disputes and/or corrections to documentation, manage partner escalations.

• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely clearance of transactions claims

• Provide metrics on a daily/weekly basis.

• Monitor and manage claim holds

• Monitor and manage claim aging

• Coordinate quarterly read out calls to provide feedback to Leader and Fund Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or supply chain related field
• Proficient in English and Polish
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, team metric development, presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Audit and/or compliance experience helpful but not required
• People management experience helpful
• Familiarity with Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and/or other European languages helpful
• Collaborates to tackle complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions; communicates difficult concepts and negotiates to adopt a different point of view

Your Impact

• Collaborate with S&L leaders to develop data-driven projections, ensuring financial transparency and accountability across the S&L organization.
• Manage and oversee forecasting processes on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and plans to identify key business trends and performance metrics to provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Drive the creation of business cases for new strategic initiatives with an emphasis on AI and automation projects
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes by partnering on manual account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and build dynamic models to provide actionable insights on business trends and opportunities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting and communications to support timely and reliable decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree with 5+ years of core Finance experience
• Finance/Accounting and operational reporting and analysis knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data mining experience is critical
• Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision
• Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex requirements into solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Business Objects and SmartView is desired
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines in a dynamic environment
• Must be able to work successfully with virtual teams

• Design and Deliver GTM Strategies:Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to build and execute data-driven GTM plans, frameworks, and business initiatives.
• Business Planning:Support development of Long Range and Annual Strategic plans (yearly/half-yearly) and drive processes to accelerate business outcomes.
• Run the Business:Facilitate the execution of core operational activities, including QBOs, forecasting, leadership offsites, and business performance tracking.

Required:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus).
• 5-7 years’ experience in sales strategy, planning & operations, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership in growth planning, running business deliverables, and leading operational activities.
• Proficiency in framing and structuring business problems, prioritizing work, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level presentations and influence decision-makers.
• Strong command of business intelligence (BI) tools; SQL proficiency a plus.
