Requirements
  • 5 + years of experience in OD in the global companies, preferably - high tech industry
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in rolling out end-to-end programs around change management, leadership development, top talents and engagement surveys
  • Strong Project management skills managing multiple cross-organizational projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Science or related field. A master's degree is preferred

About The Position

We work with a broad and modern technology stack, transitioning from a monolithic architecture toward microservices deployed on both cloud (AWS) and on-premises environments.

Position Overview:

As a Tech Lead on the Pathfinder team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical future of our platform.

Working closely with the Director of R&D and the Head Architect, you will work hands-on with multiple development teams, supporting them with technical expertise and ensuring best practices are followed, including hands-on code contributions and high-impact technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Development:

  • Lead the design and hands-on development of new features and services, primarily using .NET (C#, .NET Core) on the backend.
  • Oversee frontend integrations built with Angular and React.
  • Produce high-quality, testable, and maintainable code using best practices.

Microservices & AI Pipelines:

  • Continue the transition from monolithic to event-driven microservices.
  • Enhance our ingestion and enrichment pipelines.

Scalability & Deployment:

  • Collaborate with DevOps to optimize Terraform and Helm for deployments to AWS (ECR, EKS) and on-premises environments (Nomad, Consul, Vault).
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline version release cycles.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and performant under heavy load.

Collaboration & Mentoring:

  • Mentor and guide developers, fostering growth in coding, testing strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Architectural Improvements & Problem-Solving:

  • Ensure architectural enhancements are implemented according to the architecture HLDs and follow up on their progress.
  • Track and adapt to changes in HLDs, ensuring alignment with evolving technical and business requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address technical challenges, proposing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues in production and testing, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in backend development using .NET (C#, .NET Core)- Must.
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development with frameworks like Angular and React.
  • Deep understanding of databases such as Postgres, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and Redis, as well as analytics ecosystems, including modern data pipelines and workloads.
  • Strong experience in AWS Cloud , with good knowledge of EKS and related services.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven systems using technologies like NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
  • Proven experience working with microservice architectures and event-based systems.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical initiatives.

  • Design and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Develop flexible pricing models (subscription-based, usage-based, tiered, etc.) that align with customer buying behavior and enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Continuously refine pricing models based on feedback, customer buying behavior, competitive analysis, market dynamics and “ease of doing business” objectives.
  • Packaging Optimization: Create and optimize product packages that enhance customer value and drive adoption, ensuring clarity and simplicity in offerings
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product management to align pricing with product value propositions, roadmaps, and market positioning.

  • Experience managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation.
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of SaaS revenue models, subscription pricing, software licensing, and enterprise software sales cycles.
