What You'll Do:

  • Office Operations and welfare
  • Maintain and manage the physical office space to ensure it is ready at all times.
  • Assist with meeting room setups.
  • Plan and organize team events, happy hours, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Manage swag distribution for new joiners as well as for events.
  • Organize celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Ensure employee welfare needs are met and assist with any day-to-day employee inquiries.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Employees:
  • Oversee onboarding for new joiners including equipment setup.
  • Handle the offboarding process for leaving employees.
  • Clients Equipment
  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment to and from clients as required.
  • Maintain an up to date inventory of all equipment.

The position is on-site in Chicago, with 4–5 office days per week.

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration from a tech/ startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well within a growing team and support a positive work culture.
  • Tech-savvy with basic IT skills to assist with office equipment and new joiner setups.
  • Previous experience in organizing employee events or welfare programs – an advantage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the global marketing team to develop the North American marketing calendar and ensure it is optimized for the region, across all channels and activities
  • Partner with the Head of Field Marketing to plan and execute Buildots’ North American Tradeshow, & Event calendar - spanning both local and virtual events in the region.
  • Oversee all NA event logistics, including vendor coordination, booth design, promotional materials, and attendee engagement for the North American region
  • Adapt global marketing assets to resonate with North American audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create region-specific content across different channels
  • Partner with the global marketing team to plan and execute regional public advocacy & PR initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with regional market preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Collaborate with ABM & Customer marketing manager to tailor strategies that drive demand and customer retention in the region
  • Serve as the internal marketing champion for the North American market, providing insights into market trends and customer needs to inform messaging, product marketing positioning, content creation and campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience from North American companies
  • 3-5 years' experience in field marketing, event management, as well as content marketing - mandatory
  • Proven experience in content writing, social media and localizing global content
  • Proven hands on experience in field marketing and events management
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns in B2B environments;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional teams and is comfortable working in dynamic, remote-first settings.
  • Proficient in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Wordpress.
  • Background in the construction industry or construction tech - an advantage
  • B2B SaaS or B2B tech experience - an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher ideally in the area of marketing or communications
  • Willingness to travel
  • The ideal candidate is a person that goes above and beyond to make the business and their team a success
  • Candidates must be based in Chicago, IL

The salary range for this position is $90,000–$120,000, with the final salary determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
